Recently, we decided to add more local food into our ingredients we use to make our famous dishes. This particular addition concerns our Fish n’ Chips dish, which used to be made from fresh cod fillets that we batter ourselves in flour and beer. Since local food and ingredients are close to our hearts, we’ve found a local fisherman who agreed to deliver fresh fish from Pyhäjärvi, fresh off the boat and straight to us.
Don’t worry, there’s no increase in price – only in quality and taste. The whole recipe also stays the same, which means the battering is still done by us and the fish is served with chips, peas and garlic mayo.
