Great with fish, sauerkraut, pork sausages, smoked pork neck, dumplings and mussels.
Try also as a not so classic combination with fruity desserts, honey melon with Serrano ham & spicy Asian dishes.
Recipe tip: Use instead of white wine while cooking ”Moules mariniere”. Also add a drop of clotted cream to enrich the malty sweetness.
