Classic brew for classic dish:
Refreshing & herbal. Classic Belgian style Witbier aka Bière Blanche. Orange peel and coriander aromas. Wonderful summer beer.

Great with fish and mussels.
Try also as a replacement for meat stock while preparing your rabbit terrine or meat aspic.
Recipe tip: Use instead of white wine while cooking ”Moules mariniere”. Also add a drop of clotted cream to enrich the malty sweetness.

Suitable for vegans. Free from blandness.

Hops: Magnum, Saaz, Hersbrucker
